Unused or unopened items may be returned within 14 calendar days of the receipt date. All customers are required to ship their returns back at their expense. We recommend sending the returns back with USPS along with keeping a copy of the return tracking. All items must be received by us and inspected before a refund or exchange can be processed. Refunds can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to reflect into customer accounts.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Eligibility requirements:

To be eligible for a return/exchange items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the receipt date. Proof of purchase (confirmation page) must be shipped with the item. Please ship item back in the original packaging; please make sure to include the original order confirmation page. Items must be in new, used condition in the original packaging.

Exchanges:

All customers are required to ship exchanges back at their expense.

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the receipt date. The item being exchanged must be unused and the item must be in the original packaging. Exchanges will be sent within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
